An ancient and modern pilgrim route way marked in black and yellow, with a few St Pirans Shells, was created to support Cornwall Hospice Care. It adopts a number of trails as it zigzags coast-to-coast from Morwenstow to St Michaels Mount. The Gwennap Section of the Pilgrimage is walked annually to raise funds for the charity.
